I have been a residential real estate agent in northern Fairfield County, CT for more than 35 years, most of them with Coldwell Banker Realty. I am fortunate to have been the Marketing and New Construction Sales Manager for condomiium communities like Sterling Woods II, Arlington Woods, Apple Blossom, Kensington Woods and Briar Woods. I have also been part of marketing teams on other new construction projects in the Danbury and Brookfield area.

 

This has allowed me to know these communities literally from the ground up and to work with home sellers in the area either moving into their dream condo or moving out of the condominium communities to their dream house.

My first loves are my husband and family. Then comes real estate. • My experience on the projects has given me a wealth of relationships with many of the trades – painters, carpenters, plumbers, electricians – all of whom I can call upon at any time to help my clients either prepare their homes for sale to enhance their property value, or put those finishing touches on a newly-closed property to make it “their own.

On a Personal Note

Prior to Real Estate, I was a Systems Analyst with Nestle foods in White Plains, NY where I was involved in project management, time management, training, and education. I was majoring in education but a job at IBM put me on the path to Systems Analyst and then to Real Estate. I take great pride in my people skills and abilities to leverage the latest technology to promote my listings and communicate with clients.
