Barb will provide you with a marketing analysis of your home which will include the listing price along with any recommendations from the walk-through.
Price Comparison
You will also receive copies of listings of similar properties to use for comparison to your home so you can see how the listing price is established.
Listing Agreement
Barb will provide the listing agreement paperwork and go over listing details like property showings, showing notifications, pets, lockbox access, etc.
Staging
Barb will provide a professional photographer to take beautiful pictures of your home for the MLS and website listings.
Evaluation & Acceptance
Work with you on offer evaluation and acceptance.
Expert Offer Negotiation
Barb will work with you on all offers to help negotiate an agreed-upon sale price. This can be a complicated process where Barb has years of experience. She will always work closely with you to get the best possible agreement.
Pre-Closing Support
Barb will work with you on any agreement details all the way up to closing the sale. There may be items agreed to that need to be resolved before closing and Barb will assist you to help get any pre-closing items addressed.
Follow-Up
Barb is always available for post-closing questions or just to touch base and chat.
